David Robinson

David founded Canovo Group to do one thing well: represent people who own income property in Utah. That means underwriting a property the way its buyer will, pricing it from real rents and expenses, and negotiating the terms that decide what an owner actually nets — not just the headline number.

Over that career he has closed more than 500 transactions and over $450 million in volume across Utah County, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Washington, Iron and Tooele counties. A large share of it never reached the open market, going instead to the private investor database he has built over two decades.

He also writes The Utah Investor Report, a weekly read for more than 5,300 Utah investors covering rents, cap rates, days on market and financing conditions. It is the same data he uses when advising clients on whether to hold, refinance, exchange or sell.

David lives in Utah County with his family, and works with clients statewide.
