David founded Canovo Group to do one thing well: help owners of Utah income property capture every dollar of equity they've spent years building. That means thorough analysis to uncover true value, finding the unique story a buyer will pay more for, and negotiating the terms that secure maximum net proceeds.
Over that career he has closed more than 500 transactions and over $450 million in volume across Utah County, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Washington, Iron and surrounding counties.
He also writes The Utah Investor Report, a weekly read for more than 5,300 Utah investors covering investment deals, market data and the latest trends and headlines to help investors make smart moves in the market.
David lives in Utah County with his family, and works with clients statewide. He enjoys CrossFit, skiing and watching his kids compete in sports and dance.
