David has been the missing key to my acquisition process. I was finding the “hot seller’s market” to be a challenging time to find properties that fit my investing goals. As soon as they’d get listed, they’d go under contract (sometimes before even being listed). David’s assisting me with finding off-market rental properties turned out to be just what I needed. I’ve found David to be of utmost integrity and candor. In a recent settlement transaction, David was overpaid by a clerical error from the title company without my noticing. He contacted me to let me know he was overpaid, found the error, and quickly sent me a check to correct it.
David takes the time to listen to my investing goals as well as my apprehensions. He walks me through the process of finding the perfect property, offering, and then closing on it. I’ve come to learn that he has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience, and yet, at no time have I ever felt like he isn’t as invested in my goals as I am, neither has he ever treated me as unknowledgeable or inexperienced. Working with David has opened my eyes to see that I truly can achieve my investing goals.
