Jocelyn Kaufman

I grew up playing softball with a dream to get a college scholarship. I achieved my dream and played collegiate softball and then after college went on to play professionally.  After softball, I competed in Boxing and MMA and then transitioned into Brazilian Jui Jitsu. Now I compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a purple belt. 

After earning a master’s degree, I became a high school teacher and head softball coach. I had my dream job and on the third day of teacher orientation, I decided I needed to find a way out. I saved up $12,000 after 6 months of teaching and bought my first property. Now four years later it has snowballed into 52 rental units.

Hard work and a little bit of luck got me where I am today and now I want to help others find success in real estate as well.
